Aadhya asks about Anuj’s whereabouts. Anuj tells Aadhya that he went for a walk. Aadhya agrees. Anuj wants Aadhya to see Anupama once again. Aadhya tells Anuj that he is happy in India. Anuj tells Aadhya that this is the beauty of India. He says that Aadhya must stay in India. Aadhya plans Shruti and Anuj’s wedding. Anuj is still alive.

Kavya, Dimple and Kinjal discuss the Haldi ceremony. Kavya is worried that Vanraj has not returned yet. Dimple, Kinjal and Kavya hear a sound. Ishani, Pari, Ansh and Mahi are sitting outside when they check. Ishani was coughing, Pari tells Kinjal and Pakhi takes them out of the room. Kinjal asks the kids to rest in their room. Pakhi gets better from Hasmuk. He decides to give medicine to Ishani. Dimple says Pakhi cannot play pranks with Ishani. If Pakhi is unable to, she decides to raise Ishani.

Bhavesh presents sweets to Anupama. Devika also asks Bhavesh for sweets. Anupama requests Bhavesh to marry again. Bhavesh will not marry. Anupama asks Bhavesh for what valid reason he is staying away from marriage. Bhavesh says Anupama is also married, but assuming he is happy, Anupama tries to convince Bhavesh for marriage. Bhavesh chooses Anupama to spend time.

Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding. Anupama also hopes Vanraj will not interfere in Dimple and Titu’s wedding. Hasmuk asks Pakhi to handle Ishani. Pakhi asks Hasmuk to let her rest. Ishani gets medicine from Hasmuk. Ishani faints. Hasmuk abuses Shahs. Vanraj gets scared of Ishani.

Anupama learns about Anuj. Kavya tells Anupama about Ishani. She informs Pakhi about Ishani’s condition. Vanraj and Paritosh take Ishani to the clinic. Ishani upsets Pakhi. Kavya, Kinjal and Dimple console Leela. Kinjal learns that Ishani has taken some wrong medicine.

Hasmuk goes to Ishani to check her. Anupama consoles Hasmuk. Vanraj urges Hasmuk not to worry. Ansh, Pari and Mahi ask to Kavya that if Ishani will die. Dimple and Kavya tell Pari, Ansh and Mahi that Ishani will get well soon. Shahs pray for Ishani.

Biji and Yashdeep decide to start afresh. Yashdeep will punish Gulati. He decides to return the outfit to Anupama. Biji supports Yashdeep.

There, Pakhi says that Hasmuk is responsible for Ishani’s condition. Anupama is shocked. She supports Hasmuk. Pakhi compromises with Hasmuk. Mahi, Pari and Ansh pray to God for Ishani. The specialist tells Pakhi that Ishani is out of danger. Kinjal tells Dimple, Kavya and Leela that Hasmuk has given wrong medicine to Ishani. -Episode ends
