गुम है किसी के प्यार में के आज के एपिसोड की शुरुआत सवी से होती है। सवी हॉस्पिटल में अपनी ताई के होश में आने का इन्तजार कर रही होती है। सवी डॉक्टर से पूछती है की उसकी ताई को होश कब आएगा। डॉक्टर कहते है हम अपनी तरफ से पूरी कोशिश कर रहे है फिर ईशान कहता है। आपको जो करना है करिए बस ताई को ठीक कर दीजिये।

सवी ईशान का शुक्रिया अदा करती है ईशान कहता है मेरा फर्ज है। फिर ईशान अपनी गलती को याद करता है जो उसने सवी के परिवार के साथ किया। फिर रीवा मन ही मन में सोचती है की ईशान का सवी के परिवार की मौत पर ईशान का दुखी होना समझ आता है पर उसे लगता है की ईशान उससे कुछ छिपा रहा है।

ईशान सवी को वो बात बताने ही वाला होता है तभी अक्का साहिब आ जाती है अपने परिवार के साथ। अक्का साहिब सवी को दुःख जताती है उसके परिवार की मौत का और अक्का साहिब सवी बोलती है की सवी ने उसे इस सब के बारे में क्यों नहीं बताया और केहेती है ईशान भोत बीजी रहता है फिर सवी को डॉक्टर बुलाते है तभी ईशान अक्का साहिब से बोलता है कि आपको सवी हालत नहीं दिख रही उसे अभी ये सब बोलना अच्छा लगता है।

अक्का साहिब उसको समझाती है की तुम्हे रीवा का भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए और केहेती है कि कल उसका महेंदी फंक्शन है तुम्हे शामिल होना होगा।

फिर अगले दिन उनका महेंदी का फंक्शन होता है। सभी लोग ईशान और रीवा को आशीर्वाद देते है और अक्का साहिब दोनों के कलावा बांधती है और कहती है कि यह कलावा तुम दोनों की शादी से पहले नहीं उतरना चाहिए। अक्का साहिब रोने लगती है तभी ईशान की बेहेन कहती है की क्या रो रहे हो कुछ गाने-वाने लगाओ फिर सभ नाचते है। वहा हॉस्पिटल में सवी रो रही होती है और कहती है कि देवी ताई को जब होश आएगा तब मैं उनको क्या जवाब दूगी तभी सवी के पास डॉक्टर आते है और कहते है कि ब्लड ज्यादा बेहे चूका है जल्दी से ब्लड का इंतजाम करे।

अक्का साहिब ईशान को कहती है अब रीवा को शगुन का जोड़ा दो तभी ईशान को सवी के आसोबा की बात याद आ जाती है जिसमे वो कहते है कि कोई सवी को शादी के जोड़े भेज कर परेशान कर रहा है। तभी ईशान के हाथो से शगुन गिर जाता है तभी कोई बोलता है ये अपशगुन हो गया फिर ईशान सबसे माफ़ी मांगता है।

सवी सभी हॉस्पिटल और ब्लड बैंक में फ़ोन करके पता करती है ब्लड के लिए पर कोई साहेता नहीं मिलती तभी सवी ब्लड के लिए एक वीडियो बनती है और वीडियो को शोशल मीडिया पर डाल देती है। ईशान वो वीडियो देख लेता है और सवी को फ़ोन करके सवी से पूछता है और कहता है कि मैं कुछ करता हु। फिर सवी को डोनर मिल जाता है।

प्रे कैप :- ईशान रीवा से कहता है शादी पोस्टपोन करने के लिए फिर रीवा भड़क जाती है और ईशान पर गुस्सा करने लगती है।

Today’s episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein starts with Savi. Savi is waiting for her aunt to regain consciousness in the hospital. Savi asks the doctor when her Tai will regain consciousness. Doctor says we are trying our best then Ishaan says. Do whatever you want, just heal Tai.

Savi thanks Ishaan, Ishaan says it is my duty. Then Ishaan recalls his mistake which he did with Savi’s family. Then Riva thinks in her mind that it is understandable for Ishaan to be sad over the death of Savi’s family but she feels that Ishaan is hiding something from her. Ishaan is about to tell that thing to Savi when Akka Sahib arrives with his family.

Akka Sahib expresses grief to Savi about the death of his family and Akka Sahib Savi asks why Savi did not tell him about all this and says that Ishaan is busy and then calls Savi to the doctor, only then Ishaan tells Akka Sahib. That you are not able to see the whole situation, he likes to say all this right now.

Akka Sahib explains to him that he should take care of Rewa also and says that tomorrow is her mehendi function and he has to attend it.

Then the next day their mehendi function takes place. Everyone blesses Ishaan and Reeva and Akka Sahib ties the Kalawa of both of them and says that this Kalawa should not come off before the marriage of both of you. Akka Sahib starts crying then Ishaan’s sister says why are you crying, play some songs and then everyone dances. There in the hospital, Savi is crying and says that what answer will I give to Devi Tai when she regains consciousness? Then the doctor comes to Savi and says that a lot of blood has been lost so arrange for blood quickly.

Akka Sahib tells Ishaan to now give Shagun’s pair to Reeva, then Ishaan remembers Savi’s Asoba story in which he says that someone is troubling Savi by sending her wedding pairs. Just then the shagun falls from Ishaan’s hands, then someone says that this is a bad omen, then Ishaan apologizes to everyone.

Savi calls all the hospitals and blood banks to inquire about blood but does not find any help, then Savi makes a video for blood and posts the video on social media. Ishaan watches that video and calls Savi and asks Savi to do something. Then Savi finds a donor.

Pre Cap :- Ishaan asks Reeva to postpone the marriage, then Reeva gets furious and starts getting angry at Ishaan.
